Peer Advisory Groups

[D&D Projects]Peer Advisory Groups are small groups that meet fortnightly to support each other and work on their business.

The Daisy & Dandelion Peer Advisory Groups have between 10-12 people and get together once a fortnight to focus on their business. It can be lonely as a business owner and eventually your friends and family get bored with hearing about your business. Peer Advisory Groups provide a safe haven for you to share your challenges and successes with people who really understand what you're going through because they've also been there. These groups are facilitated and each session the group members discuss specific issues that are affecting their business. They are able to tap into the group's collective knowledge and experience for feedback, ideas and suggestions on everything from website design, staffing problems and promotion strategies.

So, if you would like to be a part of a Peer Advisory Group and you think your business could do with ten other people's thoughts and ideas then contact us. Membership of a Peer Advisory group costs $145 (incl. GST) for 6 sessions.

This is what some of our peer group members have to say about their participation in a Daisy & Dandelion Peer Advisory Group:

"Personally it has made me much more accountable and proud of what I am doing and forcing me to think about each step rather than sub-consciously have it happen to or around me by accident. Professionally I love the people I have met, learnt and respected their businesses and overall become a better business owner and consumer of other small business. Having a team of people interested in your goals and achievements certainly makes you want to have new things to report at each meeting! I feel like I need to be out there doing things even more now as I don't want to let the daisies down. I love this motivation!" - Jenny Tiffen, Fitmums

"I loved the informal atmosphere of the group. It is safe and there is a sense of trust amongst everyone. Professionally it's great to see and hear what others are doing in their world of business which makes you think laterally about where I am at in my business world." - Juliette Spurrett, Parer Photography

"Professionally I have been able to continue to work on my brand and grow my customer base by implementing many of the themes and ideas that my peers have contributed. Personally, I have met some wonderful like-minded women of which I would have not had the chance to meet if it wasn't for D&D" - Justine Lockwood, Personal Property Services.
